ANDRY STRONG

I started training outdoors on my own, with no coach or equipment. My discipline and focus led me to study sports science at a top academy in Ukraine and eventually perform around the world, from France and Chile to Finland and Sweden.

Since 2020, I’ve coached people globally, created an app with over 10,000 downloads, and reached millions through my YouTube videos. Today, I’m recognized as one of the top calisthenics athletes and coaches. I am here to help you train smarter, gain real strength, and build lasting progress in body and mind.
